Jeepers, dude. Get that inner ear problem fixed and learn to hold the camera level, eh? This is embarrassing!

Aw, that’s what Photoshop’s Rotate feature is for! Guess you’d gotten so dependent on the tripod to do the leveling for you.

I like the fact that your project is to see the world through a dog’s eyes, and your dog’s name is Kodak. How fitting!

Ah, here we tread on slippery ground, philosophically.

His name is actually “Beckwith’s Minor White”, because when he was a puppy he had very slight blond markings despite being otherwise entirely yellow/gold. And, of course, naming the dog for a photographer was a bit of a joke, although some people insist that it’s not one of the funny sort of joke.

Anyway, his name is “Beckwith’s Minor White”. What we call him, however, is “Kodak”, which is a further joke that that might not be one of the funny kind.

I think perhaps it might have been better left unexplained ?

Perhaps. But I’m reasonably confident (knowing Rosie) that Rosie is, in fact, the sort of person who finds the distinction between the name of something and what we call something to be, well, interesting.

Just call it yet another joke that fails to fall into that elusive ‘funny’ category.
